Overview
Insignia is a forward-thinking startup harnessing web 3.0 technology to redefine the real estate landscape. Their goal is to establish a platform for real estate tokenization, enabling property owners to transform their holdings into digital assets that users can purchase, lease, and engage with in innovative ways.
The project resulted in the creation of two distinct brand designs and a comprehensive platform UX/UI design.
Role & Contribution
As the first designer in the team, I was responsible for creating the fundaments for Insignia brand and platform identity. My contributions were brand strategist, brand designer, UX research, information architecture, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping.

1 - The Insignia brand
My initial responsibility as an Insignia designer was to craft the brand identity from the ground up. Beginning with foundational elements, I established their golden circle, personality, persona, and voice tone.
Next, I embarked on the naming process, ultimately selecting "INSIGNIA" as the ideal choice. Subsequently, I meticulously crafted the visual identity of the brand, curating elements such as color palette, logo design, font hierarchy, and supplementary visual components.
2 - Habit, the cooperative brand
As Insignia operations advanced, a distinct need arose to establish a cooperative entity separate from the original enterprise. While Insignia would oversee the technological aspects of the operation, this new brand would be tasked with real estate management and distribution.
This shift in operational structure demanded the creation of a fresh and distinctive second brand. Utilizing the same framework applied to the development of the Insignia brand, the Habit brand was conceived.

he Insignia platform seamlessly blends the functionalities of a bank, marketplace, and cryptocurrency exchange. Delving into the intricacies of information architecture was pivotal in sculpting a user experience that flowed effortlessly, ensuring each section found its rightful place within the platform's structure.
At the core of the platform lie its key features: the ability to purchase digital fractions of properties, facilitate house rentals, manage digital wallets, engage in cryptocurrency transactions, and tokenize real estate assets. To bring these functionalities to life, meticulous flows were meticulously crafted, encompassing every aspect of the platform's operation and user interaction.

Crafted from the ground up, the visual identities of both Insignia and Habit exemplify the innovation that this enterprise injects into the traditional real estate market.
The digital platform not only enables seamless token trading but also instills confidence in users through its sleek and contemporary appearance, a testament to its meticulously structured design.
